Getting started is simple! Here is a general overview of what to expect:

  • Application fee: $70 per adult
  • Security Deposit: Typically range from $250-$500 
  • Administrative Fee: $150
Please keep in mind that these costs are subject to change. Once you are approved and your deposit is received, we will send you a Welcome Letter with your personalized move-in total and the next steps to make your transition smooth and stress-free. 

An application screening generally takes 3 business days. Should we have any questions or need further documentation from you, your prompt response will help us to process your application as quickly as possible.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment can be made through the online Resident Portal or using the WIPS payment system.

Yes. Renter's insurance provides important protections for your personal belongings and peace of mind. For your convenience, we have partnered with ResidentShield, a trusted provider offering affordable coverage that meets all community requirements. Signing up is quick and easy, and policies are automatically shared with our office saving you time and ensuring compliance from day one. 

Currently, our community is not participating in the Housing Choice Voucher (section 8) program, but our leasing team would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Select homes have washer and dryer connections. Residents are welcome to bring their own washer/dryer or rent a washer/dryer. Additionally, we have an on-site laundry facility.
